PEACOCK 

‘Peacock’ is a full service restaurant focused on delivering quality Indian Food and is part of RSNS Foods Inc. The restaurant is based in Larry Uteck near Beford, Nova Scotia which has an increasing acceptance of Indian cuisine.

Being proud Nova Scotians, we make every effort to uphold values and ethics in our business and help contribute to the growth of Nova Scotia. We source our ingredients from local providers in order promote a culture of supporting local businesses. RSNS Foods Inc. is a business owned by four friends who are originally from India and have settled in Nova Scotia permanently. Below is a brief bio of our  chefs:

Roshan Varghese
Red Seal certified Chef with over 20 years experience in the food industry. Last worked with the biggest hotel in Nova Scotia – ‘Westin Halifax’ as Chef. Has had amazing exposure and experience working with major international cruise lines and was associated with several Celebrity and the several European chefs. 

Sumith Sasi
Started career as Chef in 2005. Worked in India as well as UAE at various food service establishments under renowned chefs before moving to Canada in 2011.
